I continuously iterated on the product page, raising conversion rates and developing a better user experience.
Managed and maintained the 'Product of the Day' category, enhancing the user journey and addressing user needs and concerns.
Worked on personal cabinet, continuously improving navigation and functionality in close collaboration with the design team, developers and product owner.
Created vector animations and illustrations (Lottie, APNG, MP4) for seasonal promotional campaigns and materials.
Designed a wide range of landing pages spanning diverse niches.
Designed banners for a wide variety of platforms, catering to both internal and external clients.

Design System:

I revamped the entire atomic design system, resulting in an improved time-to-complete for both graphic and product tasks.
Remade and enhanced icon library with different stroke-width and sizes variants.
Introduced customizable asset packs to the design system.

Contact Center & Contact Center CRM:

Continuously improved CRM system flow, improving user journey and solving operators pains, resulting in significant increase in user adoption and time-to-complete rates.
Closely collaborated with users and stakeholders, conducting regular field studies, observation sessions and improvised user interviews.
I designed a help portal for clients and the contact center, which contributed to a reduction in both client inquiries and the workload of contact center operators.
